Biography:

Mr MTL Lekwana is a mechanical engineer by training and currently a lecturer in the department of mechanical engineering at unisa. I am in possession of a masters in mechanical engineering from the university of Johannesburg and am currently a PhD candidate at the same university. My current research focus is centred around my PhD work which computationally investigates the formation of atherosclerotic plaque in the carotid artery driven by a variety of hemodynamic factors.
