Biography
I am currently serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Mechanical, Bioresources and Biomedical Engineering at Unisa. My academic journey commenced with a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Harare Institute of Technology in Zimbabwe and then a Master of Technology in Production Engineering from Delhi Technological University, India. Building upon this foundation, I furthered my education with a Master of Science in Renewable Energy from the University of Zimbabwe, where my fascination with sustainable technologies began to flourish. I earned my PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Amity University in Gurgaon, India. Prior to my current position at Unisa, I worked as an academic at the Harare Institute of Technology and Gwanda State University.
My research interests are broad, encompassing renewable energy and sustainability, computational fluid dynamics, and computational optimisation, with a specialisation in solar energy. My work holds the potential to drive significant advancements in clean energy technologies, addressing pressing global challenges related to climate change and environmental sustainability.
