Short Biography

• Nthabanele Enoch Rabotata has vast experience in the field of social work in practice and in academia. He has worked for the Department of Social development in Limpopo province (Greater Letaba Sub-district municipality) between the years 2011 and 2014.
• His journey into academia took off when he joined the University of Limpopo in January 2015 where he worked as a Social Work Lecturer until March 2024. He then joined the University of South Africa as a Lecturer in April 2024.
• He has done extensive research and writings in the fields of Substance abuse and dependence; and Social Work and Migration issues in South Africa where he published articles in peer reviewed and DHET accredited journals. He also has made presentations in ASASWEI international conferences held South Africa.
• He is currently enrolled for Doctor of Philosophy with the University of South Africa.
