NRF awards two new research chairs to Unisa
The university will be home to the DST/NRF SARChI Chairs in Water and the Environment, and Welfare and Social Development in Informal Settlements, as announced by Prof Blade Nzimande, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation. The incumbents are, respectively, Prof Ilunga Kamika of the College of Science, Engineering and Technology, and Prof Solomon Kgatle of the College of Human Sciences.
