Dr. Samson Mutsagondo is a lecturer in the Digital, Archival and Historical Information Management programme in the History, Heritage and Knowledge Systems department at the University of Zimbabwe in Zimbabwe. He previously worked as an Archivist in Zimbabwe for many years. His research interests lie in electronic records management, preservation of records and information as well as archival legislation.
