Code of Ethics

A Code of Ethics should be implemented as part of the corporate governance of the organisation and should:

• commit the institution to the highest standards of ethical behaviour;
• be developed in such a way as to involve all its stakeholders to infuse its culture;
• receive total commitment from the highest level within the institution;
• be sufficiently detailed as to give a clear guide to the expected behaviour of all employees.
