WIN with Unisa@145

More than ten centuries ago, on 4 July 1054, Chinese astronomers were the first to describe a supernova, at that time the brightest light in the night-time sky. On 4 July this year, Unisa, one of the brightest lights on the African continent, will celebrate  145 years of serving as a beacon of knowledge and inspiration in Africa and globally. This milestone coincides with the celebration of Madiba’s centenary as well as 100 years of Unisa as an examining university.

Make history together with Unisa by sending a message of no longer than 145 words to in which you describe how Unisa has served as a beacon in your life.

Your entry must be accompanied by your student number and the course for which you are registered, and a good-quality photo of yourself. Winning entries will be published in YOUNISA, the magazine for students, alumni and friends of Unisa, and the relevant entrants will receive a prize from the Unisa Shop.

The competition closes on 22 June 2018. Don't delay, enter today!
