  • Synthesis of metal doped-oxide materials (e.g. M:ZnO) for solar cells application by combustion, sol-gel, co-precipitation and sol-gel microwave-assisted methods.
  • Thin film deposition process by RF/DC Magnetron Sputtering; spin coating, PVD and electro deposition methods/techniques.
  • Characterizations performed using UV-VIS, FTIR, Raman, AFM/STM, SmartLab XRD, XPS, FESEM/EDS, Ellipsometer and Photoluminescence (PL) (Tunable laser).  
  • Fabrication and testing of Organic solar cells (Photovoltaic characteristics and electrical measurements)
