TRL3701 - Transport Management 2

Purpose: The purpose of this module is for you to develop an understanding of transport management and the operation of transport enterprise. In this module, we also aim to study transport management within the context of transport system whereby supply and demand become reconciled through the integrated transport management, the influence of regulation on transport management, decision making in transport, fleet planning, financial control within the enterprise and marketing of transport services. After working through this module, you should be familiar with the principles underlying the efficient operation of transport enterprises.
