Purpose: This module focuses on how to effectively analyse the ETD context; evaluate and facilitate the development and implementation of the workplace skills plans with guidance; analyse the processes involved in planning, designing and developing a learning programme; facilitate learning through selecting and integrating various methodologies; analyse and critique the provision of learner support and guidance in an ETD context; monitor and analyse the design and implementation of various assessment, moderation and evaluation techniques with guidance; manage and evaluate the design and implementation of an ETD quality management system; and develop, implement and manage a learnership programme.
