MND2601 - Management Iia

Purpose: The purpose of this module, in the broader context of the Diploma in Management, is to enable the student to understand and apply the principles of management (with special emphasis on the management functions of planning, organising, leading and control) with competence and skill. The emphasis in this module is on the management function of planning. The qualifying student will be competent in applying   selected management principles and techniques and Supporting and implementing strategies, policies and procedures.
