IOP4863 - Personnel and Career Psychology

Purpose: To deepen students' and practitioners' knowledge, understanding and critical reasoning about complex real-world problems related to the field of Personnel and Career Psychology in the South African organisational context for the purpose of applying such knowledge, insight and reasoning in assisting individuals and organisations to critically evaluate and engage in personnel and career related activities that contribute to individual and organisational performance.
