IOP2607 - Workgroup Dynamics and Diversity

Purpose: This module is intended for all people who are pursuing a career in the field of industrial and organisational psychology, including practitioners in the field of human resources. The purpose of learning in this module is to enable students to develop a solid knowledge base and sound understanding of the theory and practical implications of workgroup dynamics and diversity in the organisational context for the purpose of improving workplace dynamics, employee productivity and organisational effectiveness.
