HRM1501 - Introduction to Human Resource Management

Purpose: This module is useful to students who experience the need for foundational knowledge, skills and competencies in human resource management. The module enables students to demonstrate a basic knowledge of the field of human resource management. Students who have completed this module will have a limited ability to understand and perform the human resource functions and to support the implementation of human resource processes, procedures and systems within an organisation.
