Purpose: This module is intended for all students who are pursuing a career in the field of Industrial and Organisational Psychology, including practitioners in the field of human resources who elect to specialise as professional human resource practitioners. The purpose of learning in this module is to consolidate, advance and deepen students' professional expertise in the field of Employment Relations which may lead to enhanced career and employment prospects for the student. The module further aims to develop students' research capacity in the methodologies, methods and techniques relevant to the field for the purpose of contributing new knowledge that may potentially contribute to improving the quality.
