Distribution, growth and diversity of the population; impacts of HIV-AIDS; geopolitical evolution; economic development; urbanization; food production and agriculture; the use and exploitation of land and natural vegetation; climate and drought; desertification. Students registering for this module are required to have regular access to a computer to download or read essential study material from the myUnisa module site.
