Unisa online - The myUnisa system has been up and down since Monday 29 August

The myUnisa system has been up and down since Monday 29 August 2011, which has resulted in many Unisa students not being able to submit their first compulsory assignments by the due date of 29 August 2011. This was due to technical difficulties, for which we apologise. We are working hard to fix the problem and to prevent the problem from occurring again.
 
As a result, the following arrangements are now in place:

  1. The due date for the first compulsory assignment for semester 2 courses has been moved to Wednesday 7 September 2011.
  2. The due date for year course assignments, due between 29 August 2011 and 6 September 2011, has now been extended to Wednesday 7 September 2011.
  3. All students who submitted assignments via e-mail, including those sent to myUnisa-Help@unisa.ac.za, must resubmit the assignments via myUnisa by Wednesday 7 September 2011.

The myUnisa system is generally very busy during working hours and in the early evening. We therefore urge you, if at all possible, to submit your assignments via myUnisa during non-peak times, as this should allow you to submit your assignments faster.
