Unisa Press at the Cape Town Book Fair
Unisa Press will be exhibiting their latest books and journals at the upcoming Cape Town Book Fair this week.
Beth le Roux, Director of Unisa Press, and her team will be engaging with the book-loving crowds at Stand B5 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. Unisa Press has also wisely teamed up with one of its international co-publishing partners, Brill, to share the stand with them. Unisa Press co-publishes the Imagined South Africa Book Series with Brill Academic Publishers, based in the Netherlands, together with Unisa‘s Centre for African Renaissance Studies. Their journals partner, Taylor and Francis, also specifically requested a stand close to the Unisa Press stand.
Samantha Miller from Unisa Press has been responsible for ensuring that every little detail has been taken care of, so Unisa Press is expecting brisk business.
Unisa Press will be hosting a discussion on business ethics on Monday 15 June to promote three specific book titles. Two of these books were co-published with Rozenberg within the Savusa Book Series, while a third book was published with the United Nations University Press.
They will also host a business writing workshop with former Unisa staff member Cathy Pienaar, the author of a revised edition of the widely known Business writing workbook. The brand new version promises to be even more user-friendly. |
