The African Library Summit 2013 offers a number of opportunities for organisations or groups who might want to offer sponsorship. We ask that interested organisations are linked with the summit theme and focus areas. Allow us to help you increase exposure of your organisation or group within our community of engaged and enthusiastic African library and information service leaders.

Summit sponsorship packages combine exposure before the event and maximum impact during the Summit. For organisations or groups wishing to target a specific day, materials, or social events during the Summit, individual sponsorship provides an attractive option. This allows your organisation to choose your desired level of involvement and exposure to attendees at the Summit.

Platinum R500,000 and more	Your company name will be announced during both the African Library Summit Opening and Closing ceremonies. A standard exhibition stand will be made available for promotional purposes. Your company name will appear in the African Library Summit Proceedings Publication. Your company logo will appear on the front page of the African Library Summit Programme. Promotional material can be incorporated into the Summit package for delegates. Your company name will be announced on the Summit Message Board to recognize your sponsorship. You may display your company banner at the African Library Summit in the exhibition area.
Gold R100,000 – R499,000	Your company name will be announced during both the African Library Summit Opening and Closing ceremonies. A standard exhibition stand will be made available for promotional purposes. Your company name will appear in the African Library Summit Proceedings Publication.
