After you register
If you submitted your registration online and paid the minimum/full student fees by the closing date for registrations, Unisa will process your registration. Your registration will, however, go through an approval process to check if the requirements have been met.
Your registration will only be finalised once you receive confirmation from Unisa that it has been approved. If you donít receive this notification, despite having paid the minimum fees and submitting your registration form, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or 012 441 5702.
Contact with academic departments
It is your responsibility to contact the relevant academic department for specific departmental procedures. You are advised to make contact with the relevant department as soon as possible after registration and to download your study material (if applicable) via myUnisa, Unisa's student portal.
