My time

Do you find that you are concerned about not spending enough time on your studies? In this presentation we talk about how to create more time for your studies by analysing your current situation and thinking about priorities. We also talk about distractions and how one could manage them.
Finding time to study A common complaint is that "I just don't have enough time!". In this podcast we talk about finding time to study and the importance of planning as part of this process.
Making notes Making effective notes is an important part of your learning. In this podcast we talk about the benefits of making notes and also two methods that you could try out.
Study motivation Learning at a distance needs you to be motivated because as much as the journey is exciting and rewarding, it can also be fraught with difficulties and challenges. It is a journey in which you must find something to hold on to within and outside yourself, in order to see it through to the end. This thing that you will hold onto and which both pulls and pushes you along, is your study motivation.
