Accommodation and Booking

• Hostel accommodation: 
  Due to the reservation of rooms in the University hostel, the closing date for hostel accommodation is Wednesday 5 June 2013.  Please note that the option to select hostel accommodation as part of the registration process, will expire on 5 June 2013 and NO hostel accommodation can be booked or cancelled thereafter.  Those booked will be held liable for the full amount if cancelled after this date.  If you wish to book accommodation after this date, you will have to make use of other accommodation options in the area.
