Bachelor of Arts Honours in Environmental Management 98108 An appropriate Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with an average of 60% or more, in the related field on NQF level 7. A student who does not have an average of 60% or more will be restricted to the registration of a maximum of 2 modules (or 48 credits) in their first year of registration. Such students will be required to pass these modules before continuing with the remaining modules for the qualification. 120 7
Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Management 98055 A National Senior Certificate (Degree endorsement) with at least 50% in the language of teaching and learning. A student who does not qualify in terms of the statutory or additional requirements, may follow Unisa's alternative pathways or apply for admission to an appropriate Diploma. 360 7
Bachelor of Consumer Science (Hospitality Management Stream) 98005 - HOM A National Senior Certificate (Degree endorsement) with at least 50% in the language of teaching and learning. A student who does not have an average of 60% or more will be restricted to the registration of CSR4801 in their first year of registration. Such students will be required to pass this module before continuing with the remaining four modules for the qualification. 120 8
Bachelor of Science Honours in Environmental Management 98102 An appropriate Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with an average of 60% or more, in the disciplines of Natural Sciences, Applied Sciences or Physical Sciences (or related fields). A student who does not have an average of 60% or more will be restricted to the registration of a maximum 2 modules (or 48 credits) in their first year of registration. Bachelor of Science Honours in Environmental Monitoring and Modelling 98103 An appropriate Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with an average of 60% or more, in the disciplines of Natural Sciences, Applied Sciences or Physical Sciences (or related fields). A student who does not have an average of 60% or more will be restricted to the registration of a maximum of 48 credits in their first year of registration. Such students will be required to pass these modules before continuing with the remaining modules for the qualification. 120 8
Bachelor of Science Honours in Geography 98105 An appropriate Bachelor's Degree with an average of 60% or more in the discipline of Geography. A student who does not have an average of 60% or more will be restricted to the registration of HPGGH80 in their first year of registration. Such students will be required to pass this module before continuing with the remaining four modules for the qualification. 120 8
Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management (Botany Stream) 98052 - EBO A National Senior Certificate (Degree endorsement) with at least 50% in the language of teaching and learning, and with at least 50% in Mathematics and Physical Science. Diploma in Nature Conservation 98024 A National Senior Certificate (Diploma endorsement) with at least 50% in the language of teaching and learning and one of the following: Biology (Life Sciences), Geography, Agricultural Science or Physical Science with at least 40%. 360 6
Diploma in Ornamental Horticulture 98025 A National Senior Certificate (Diploma endorsement) with at least 50% in the language of teaching and learning. It is recommended that a student should have Mathematics and Biology (Life Sciences) or Physical Science with at least 40%. 360 6
Honours Bachelor of Science in Botany 05606 An appropriate Bachelor's Degree with an average of 60% or more. In instances where a student does not have an average of 60% or more students will be restricted to the registration of CSR4801 in their first year of registration, and the student must pass this module before continuing with the qualification. 120 7
National Diploma: Agricultural Management NDAGR A National Senior Certificate (Diploma endorsement) with at least 50% in the language of teaching and learning and Mathematics and two of the following: Agricultural Science, Physical Science OR Biology (Life Sciences) with at least 40%. Alternatively, a Higher Certificate OR an Advanced Certificate in Agriculture or related fields. 360 6
National Diploma: Animal Health NDANM A National Senior Certificate (Diploma endorsement) with at least 50% in the language of teaching and learning and Mathematics and either Physical Science OR Biology (Life Sciences) with at least 40%. 360 6
