BMR standard system membership, 2012

The research focus of the Bureau of Market Research (BMR) is centred on the activities of the following four research divisions:

Annually, two industry-relevant research projects per division are identified with inputs from syndicate research members, resulting in the publication of two research reports per division.  Each research division has its own Projects Committee comprising company representatives elected bi-annually by syndicate members.  The Projects Committee meets annually to decide on the research programme for the year.  To join the BMR as a standard member, the following options are available:

Membership prices are revised annually in line with inflation expectations.  Members apply for a three-year period, after which they can decide to renew or end membership.  Standard members qualify for a 50 % discount on the base price (R8 250-00) of research reports ordered in divisions not supported.  BMR research reports are only published in electronic (Pdf) format.
