Spectroscopic studies of chemicals, natural products and physical agents in food and beverages.

Using Raman, infrared and chemometrics to investigate physical properties of binary and ternary mixtures.

Previous research interests include bioanalytical applications of UV-visible and vibrational spectroscopy with emphasis on drug release studies.
