Confirmation: Completion of qualifications

On receipt of confirmation of completion of your qualification from Department: Student Admissions and Registrations (DSAR), the Graduations division will post material to you containing confirmation of completion of qualification.

Confirmation of completion of qualifications for students who wrote examinations during October/November in a specific academic year, will be available from the end of January of the following year.

Confirmation for students who wrote examinations during the May/June examination sitting, will be available from the beginning of August.

Postgraduate candidates can expect confirmation from mid-March.

As soon as confirmation of completion has been posted, a SMS and / or email / fax will be sent to you in this regard. Likewise, the myUnisa website will be updated instantly to enable you to access your graduation details without delay. Please click on “Apply for graduation information” on the Graduations home page and follow the prompts in this regard.
