The Teacher Education at a Distance conference is organised by the College of Education at the University of South Africa. The conference will be taking place at Sanbonani Resort Hotel, Mpumalanga Province, South Africa.

This annual conference serves as a forum for the discussion and exchange of information on the theory and practice of Teacher Education using Open and Distance Learning (ODL) as a mode of delivery. The conference is for any professional and non professional in the field of teacher education, particularly through ODL. Academics, researchers, school principals, teachers, postgraduate students and representatives from government Education Departments will find the conference useful.

We encourage all presenters to submit written papers that will be peer reviewed, and if accepted, published in a conference proceeding book.
