E-mail: kahnsb@unisa.ac.za Sinval Kahn obtained a B Admin and B Admin Hons from the University of the Western Cape, and an M Admin and Ph.D from the University of Stellenbosch. He also studied at Andrews University, Michigan, USA, where he completed a MA in Youth Ministry in May 2001. He has lectured at the Military Academy in Saldanha, Cape Town from July to December 1998; the Economic and Management department at St Mary’s College, Indiana, USA from August 2001 to June 2002; the Business Faculty at Helderberg College from July 2002 to January 2007. He is currently a lecturer at the University of South Africa. He served as a Human resource practitioner in the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) for more than 23 years. Sinval’s interests are Human Resource Management, Development and Management, Performance management, Local government and Organisational behaviour. |
