About the presenters
The presenters include:
- Christoph Garbers is an attorney of the High Court, a director of Maserumule Employment Consultancy (Pty) Ltd and teaches labour law at the University of Stellenbosch. He consults and trains widely on all aspects of employment and is also co-author of a number of books on labour law, discrimination law, and social security law.
- Professor Peter le Roux is a practising attorney and an honorary professor of labour law at the University of South Africa. He is an experienced mediator and arbitrator, and the co-author of several books on labour law and social security law.
- Wilhelmina Germishuys is an attorney, notary public and conveyancer of the High Court. She teaches labour law and is a co-author of the textbook at the University of South Africa. She trains and consults on employment aspects and alternative dispute resolution.
- AdrAdv. Shamier Ebrahim is a senior lecturer in commercial law and labour law at the University of South Africa, College of Law. He holds an LLM degree in Labour Law (cum laude) from the University of South Africa and has published articles and presented papers at conferences on labour law. He is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW) and the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law (ISLSSL). He is a former member of the Eastern Cape Society of Advocates, Port Elizabeth Bar.
