Effective studyEffective Study offers guidelines for distance students who wish to improve their study methods. Four new chapters have been added to this updated version of Effective study. Two of these chapters deal with making notes, multiple choice questions, the writing process and metamemory techniques. The other chapters deal with planning, forming and managing study groups, the EFT study process, examination techniques and how to minimise the effect of academic stress.
