Comparative and International Law Journal of Southern Africa (CILSA)

IFCOL initiated the publication of CILSA in 1968 with a view to stimulating research into the comparative and international aspects of law amongst Southern African researchers. CILSA's contributors regularly include leading ademics world-wide.

CILSA is a peer-reviewed academic publication with a large international circulation. The journal is published three times a year (March, July and November).

words and must include an abstract of no more than 200 words. Notes and comments are also invited.

Annual subscription (prices include VAT): R350 for subscribers in Southern Africa; US$85 for subscribers in other countries; R210 for students registered for a degree or diploma at a recognised institution; and R115 for single copies.
