media releases - UNISA Graduation ceremonies in PolokwaneThe University of South Africa will be holding graduation ceremonies in Polokwane on Friday and Saturday.The ceremonies will be held at the Jack Botes Hall in the City of Polokwane. On Friday 9 June 2006, 304 students will graduate at a ceremony to be held at 18h00. At the ceremony Dikeledi Rahab Mothiba will receive a doctor of education degree ( DEd) and Renier Steyn will graduate with a doctor of literature and philosophy ( DLitt et Phil). A magister technologiae (MTech) degree will be conferred at the second ceremony to be held at 10h00 on Saturday 10 June 2006. Two Master of Business Leadership (MBL) degrees will be conferred during the third and last ceremony to be held at 14h00 on Saturday 10 June 2006. This year a total of 13 000 students will graduate during the University’s 52 graduation ceremonies that will be held in Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Bellville, Durban, East London, Windhoek, Harare and Mauritius.
