UNISA GRADUATION CEREMONY IN LIMPOPO PROVINCE

The University of South Africa will be holding graduation ceremonies in Mokopane on 1 and 2 July 2005.

On Friday, two ceremonies will be held at the Mokopane Education Centre. The first ceremony will be held at 14h00 and 289 students, including one for doctorate degree, will graduate. And 302 students will graduate during the evening ceremony at 18h00.

On Saturday, 303 students will graduate at a ceremony to be held at 10h00 at the Mokopane Education Centre. A doctorate degree will be conferred during the ceremony.

Unisa Chancellor, The Honourable Judge President Bernard Ngoepe will confer the degrees and diplomas.

This year a total of 13 000 students have graduated during the University’s 50 graduation ceremonies that were held between April and June through main centres in Southern Africa.

They took place in Pretoria, Wellington, Belville, Bloemfontein, Mokopane, East London, Port Elizabeth, Nelspruit, Kimberley, Durban, Umtata, Windhoek and Harare in Zimbabwe.
