media releases - Unisa's CSET to kick start Innovation MonthUnisa ‘s College of Science, Engineering and Technology (CSET) will kick start its 2012 Innovation Month with an opening ceremony and Innovation Exhibition at the Muckleneuk Campus, Pretoria on Monday, 03 September 2012. The opening address will be delivered by Unisa’s Pro Vice-Chancellor, Professor Narend Baijnath. The event, to be held under the theme ‘Transferring Thoughts Into Reality’, is aimed at showcasing innovative initiatives in the college. Throughout the month, the college will also hold several seminars to bring unique insights into the theme, with presentations by invited external experts and researchers from the college. Projects from the colleges’ Research Flagship and Community Engagement programmes will be on display during the opening of the Innovation Month. Professor Gugu Moche, the Executive Dean of the college invites all members of the media, the public and diplomatic community to the opening of the Innovation Month.
