On 25 March, Prof Carol Allais will speak on Sexual Abuse by Peacekeepers and Humanitarian Workers. Many cases have been reported in countries where the very peacekeepers and humanitarian workers who have been deployed during times of war and civil unrest have been involved in rape and assault. Prof Allais has done extensive research on this issue for the United Nations.
