Christian Leadership in The Workplace: Local and Global Perspectives
21-22 February 2013

This is a conference on what it means to be a Christian leader in workplace. The South African workplace includes those who work within business, government, labour organizations, non-governmental organizations, para-church or church-based organizations, and other sectors of civil society.

Why and how ought Christians to make both a constructive and prophetic contribution to the workplace?

This conference is for all those who are interested in Christian leadership in different spheres of life and work. This conference will discuss the questions of meaning, purpose, calling, ethics, character, Christian leadership, spiritual identity and its expression in the workplace. The redemptive, creative, productive and transformative possibilities in the government, economic and civil society sectors need to be considered by Christian leaders in order for them to have a positive impact on the lives of all those who feel called to live out their Christian vocation in the workplace.
