- Entrance fees will not be charged for the person with a disability or a friend / assistant accompanying him / her.
- Guide dogs are allowed in the Library
- A wheelchair is available at Security at the main entrance, level 3 to the Library
- Students are entitled to an additional 7 days on the normal loan period for books
- Staff will assist in filling in cards and fetching and carrying books if requested
- At the information desk, a dedicated workstation with a large screen and screen reader enables persons with poor vision to access the Library catalogue and other online tools.
- Similar workstations are also available at all the Branch Libraries
