Tutorial support system

The Department of Private Law provides tutorial support at the Unisa Learning Centres for students of the Law of Persons (PVL1501), Family Law (PVL2601), Law of Property (PVL3701) and Law of Succession (PVL2602). This support is in the form of regular face-to-face tutorials which are organised at learning centres and take place after hours. Tutorials last for one hour in which a local tutor, usually a qualified lawyer, is employed to facilitate the learning process for those students who request this support. Unisa has learning centres in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Pietersburg, Umtata and Durban. Unisa also has a few satellite centres.
