Professor Gretchen Carpenter from the Department of Constitutional and Public International Law, is the editor-in-chief of one of South Africa' s oldest and most illustrious law journals, the Journal for Contemporary Roman-Dutch Law, more generally known as the THRHR. Dr Johann Knobel of the Department of Private Law is one of the assistant editors. |
