About the project

The first part of this research project consists of a web-based survey among senior leaders in Catholic schools (principal, vice-principal(s) and those leaders involved in the strategic management of the school) in selected areas in South Africa.  If school leaders are willing to collaborate in the research project, we invite two or three senior leaders in the school management team to complete the web-based survey. Details about access to the web-based questionnaire will be made available once school leaders have indicated their willingness to participate in the research. 

The second part of this research project consists of life narrative interviews among senior leaders in Catholic schools (principal, vice-principal(s) and those leaders involved in the strategic management of the school) in selected areas in South Africa. The research data will be confidential and all participants will remain anonymous.  The results of the research will be made available on request.
