Aim of the Project

The overall aim of the study is to gain a general oversight (quantitative) and an in-depth (qualitative) understanding of the relation between spirituality, ultimate life goals and school leadership.

The objective is to: investigate the relation between leadership and spirituality in schools; explore how leadership and spirituality are informed by ultimate life goals in addressing challenges in schools.
