Loans management Manage and execute all mandatory financial aid (eg Department of Education financial aid, NSFAS loans and University of South Africa loans) Develop and review procedures to administer mandatory funds Manage and coordinate reconciliations Manage the marketing of available funds to potential students Manage the enhancement of the allocation system Manage the compilation of management (income and allocations) reports Ensure compliance with donor criteria and audit requirements

2. Managing bursaries

• Manage and administer bursaries and scholarships
• Conduct needs assessments and identify funding opportunities
• Market financial support opportunities
• Ensure the development electronic and efficient systems to manage bursary allocations and utilisation
• Manage earmarked employment funded opportunities
• Manage bursaries data and compilation of management reports
• Maintain strong and sustainable links with donors
• Ensure compliance with donor criteria and audit requirements
