• We do not write assignments for students
• We do not provide medical / legal advice
• We do not provide answers to quizzes, crosswords or competitions
• We do not do genealogical or family research

How long will it take?

• With the new ask a short question you are able to check the progress of your query by clicking on Check Your Questions and Answers
• We give priority to Unisa staff and students
• Queries will be dealt with as soon as possible, and will be processed within 48 hours; please allow up to 2 weeks, depending on the nature of the question.
