Tuition and study material fees for insurance courses and programmes

Tuition Fees

  • R1050 per module.

IISA prescribed books

  • Books – R270 each
  • CD's - R160 each
  • Book plus CD - R400 each

* plus postage/courier fees, where applicable.

Examination and related fees 

  • Supplementary, special and aegrotat – R180 per module
  • Remark of examination scripts – R315
  • Checking of (examination script) marks – R135

Foreign student levy

  • Category A: Africa – R450
  • Category B: the rest of the world – R900

NB: IISA Study Material must be ordered direct from IISA, using the order form available from their website: www.iisa.co.za. Payment also needs to be made to IISA direct and NOT TO UNISA.

Method of payment

Payments can be made per credit card, cheque, electronic transfer or direct deposit. Click here for more information.

Students need to provide their student number as reference when electronic payments or direct deposits are made. A student number is obtained by completing the registration form and forwarding it to one of the Programme Co-ordinators. Students will be provisionally registered (unless they pay by credit card) and be given a student number which will be forwarded via e-mail, SMS or fax. Once payment has been made, the proof of payment needs to be faxed to the provided fax numbers. Upon receipt of this proof the registration will be finalised.
