Research and recognition

The Department of Marketing and Retail Management continuously looks at retail trends in the environment, consumer behaviour, loyalty programmes being offered and branding. We also have previously focused on and specialised in the areas of Small, Micro and Medium Enterprise (SMME) strategies, relationship marketing and e-marketing. As a department we aim to stay ahead of the development in marketing and retailing.
