Unisa Library is experiencing technical problems

We regret to inform you that Unisa Library is experiencing technical problems sending out the usual automated notices to clients. As a result, clients are not being notified regarding overdue items, among other things, and this may cause an increase in avoidable fines and the non-delivery of items on the Waiting List. ICT department is investigating the problem and will resolve it as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Problems with library-enquiries mailbox

The Library is experiencing problems with the library-enquiries mailbox. As a consequence, enquiries sent to this mailbox cannot be processed which may lead to a delay in responding to your queries and requests. The problem is being attended to.

Error when accessing electronic resources

When accessing the Unisa Library’s e-resources or e-reserves & recommended books, you will be stopped by different error messages, such as: your connection is not secure; your connection is not private; or problems associated with the website's security certificate.
