Annual Anthropology Student Excursion

Each year third-year anthropology students are offered the opportunity to participate in a field trip with lecturers, to practice some of the research skills they learn about in APY3701. The field trip is not compulsory and there is a small charge involved to cover costs.   

'Doing' anthropological research is very different to reading about it. It is a challenging often humbling experience, but always stimulating. Past students have found participation in the annual fieldwork excursion very rewarding and valuable.
